Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service before returning any items to ensure you have the correct return address.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

If the return is due to customer’s reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable taxes.

If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), we will cover all return shipping fees and any applicable taxes.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@auromuse.com.
