1. Before Files Are Sent (payment confirmed but we have not yet emailed the materials): You may request a full refund at any time, no questions asked. We process within 24 hours (Hong Kong business hours). → 100% no-risk guarantee during this period.
2. After Files Are Sent (you have received the email with links + zipped PDFs):
   • No refunds in principle, as digital content has been delivered and is permanently accessible, in line with standard practice for digital goods (e.g., downloads, software, ebooks).
   • Exceptions (partial or full refund possible, with reasonable proof required):
     • Technical issues preventing access (broken links, corrupted files) that we cannot resolve after verification.
       
   • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the files; late requests will not be accepted.
   • Refund amount will be assessed case-by-case (e.g., partial deduction if content has been partially accessed).
   • We do not accept refunds for subjective reasons such as “change of mind”, “not suitable”, “no time to study”, etc.
